• Porous welding machine is used to permanent fixing of porous with the required part.
• So, we using ultrasonic energy used here.
• porous are placed in appropriate location at the component by using bowl feeders.
• Once porous were placed, we using photoelectric sensor for detect the porous is available or not.
• If porous not placed, that part will kick out as a rejection.
• Porous placed components are move to ultrasonic welding machine.
• So, it reduce the manpower, quality improvement and production enhancement.
• Those finished part will go for heat sealing operation.
