• In this machine, we have used conveyor systems & feeding mechanisms to reach the assembly process.
• Parts were directly fell down from Injection moulding machine as well as in inclination conveyor.
• It has three section of operations.
• Once parts were reach the feeder, it will goes to main conveyor by rotary actuators.
• There are so many confirmation sections in main conveyor.
• Confirmations Like: Orientation, Ventilation path checking, surface checking
• When all the confirmations clear, part will go for laser marking.
• If laser marking was done. Finally it will move to ultrasonic welding for porous.
