DETAILS OF END ARM TOOL PLATE ASSEMBLY DURING COMPONENTS UNLOADING

• End arm tool was attached with the robot.
• It was mainly used for pick & place the lead bushes to the mould.
• When the mould releasing, that time the tool will spraying.
• Same time, the end arm tool used for runner pick up & drop from injection moulding machine.
• Then moulded component will unloading by using this arm.
• So, it reduce the manpower, quality improvement and production enhancement.
